Inside Kate and Rio Ferdinand’s Bromley home as they prepare for new baby

Former reality TV star Kate Ferdinand and husband Rio will soon be welcoming a new baby boy into their family.

The celebrity couple announced they are expecting their first baby together back in June and Kate has been keeping fans up to date with her pregnancy journey with a series of sweet posts on social media.

Ex-Towie star Kate, 29, and ex-England footballer Rio, 41, live in a beautiful home in  Bromley, South East London, along with Rio’s children Tate, Lorenz and Tia.

Their house is the perfect place to be during the forthcoming lockdown, as the swanky abode is complete with a high-tech gym, a large garden area with an astro turfed lawn and a grand looking bathroom.

They will no doubt be revamping one of the bedrooms in their luxurious house for their new arrival, and although they have never confirmed the due date of their little one – it’s expected to be around December 2020.

Both Kate and Rio often share insights into family life on Instagram as they work out together in a fully-equipped gym and even have a swimming pool.

So let’s take a look inside the deluxe Ferdinand home.

Let’s start with the kitchen – which is complete goals.

The room sits in the middle of the house and is decorated with cream and neutral tones, wooden floors, glossy cupboards, silver lampshades and fresh flowers.

There’s a large island unit in the middle with high stools at the sides.

This part of the house also boosts a seated area with fitted, glass door cupboards and a long, white shiny table fit for royalty with cushioned chair aligning the edges.

There’s also a dining room with black walls and a large dark table and comfy looking mismatched chairs.

The married couple train hard together and  often share snaps and video across social media of their workouts.

The state-of-the-art gym has a range of machines and equipment for a full body workout with no need to ever leave the house. Perfect for lockdown.

There’s also a big garden area with an astro turfed lawn where the couple also train outside and enjoys barbecues together during the warmer months.

Kate often shares photos from her beautiful dressing room, which has a white carved wooden dressing table and cushioned seating.

Literally every woman’s dream!

There’s also snaps of the sweeping staircase which leads up to the first floor, with an elegant banister and white floor covered up by a grey carpet.

And judging by Kate’s Instagram photos, a grand blue front door leads into the swanky house.

Rio was married to fitness trainer Rebecca Ellison, who he met while playing at West Ham during the 1990s.

They married in 2009 but she sadly died in 2015 after suffering a short battle with breast cancer.

After a two-year romance, Kate and Rio said ‘I do’ in 2019.
