Concerto Catering founder, Executive Chef and self-confessed Christmas-enthusiast Fiona Harrhy will guide you through flavour combinations, pairing tips and creative ways to incorporate alcohol into your food and cocktails.

Taste your way through full-sized glasses of wine from UK vineyards and premium spirits from independent distilleries, each one handpicked to bring a little extra magic to your celebrations. You might just leave with a new favorite drink, an idea for a boozy dessert or the ultimate pairing for your Christmas dinner.
