Air ambulance lands in Bromley to treat a child injured in a fall

An air ambulance landed in Bromley after reports a child had been injured in a fall.

London’s Air Ambulance and London Ambulance Service (LAS) paramedics were called to Mottingham Road, in the area of Mottingham, just before 12pm on Friday, September 18.

A child was treated at the scene at a residential address and then taken to hospital.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 11.52am to reports of a fall at a residential address in Mottingham Road, Bromley.

“We dispatched an ambulance crew, two medics in cars and an incident response officer.

“We treated a child at the scene, who we took to hospital.”

The child’s condition is not known at this stage.
